These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dropfilterstore website and purchases made through our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our related store policies.
1. Store Information
Dropfilterstore sells kitchen and household accessories to customers in the United States only.
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We may contact you if additional information is reasonably needed to process your order. An order may be canceled or declined when necessary because of payment issues, incorrect information, suspected fraud, product availability, or other legitimate operational reasons.
3. Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, images, colors, and availability accurately.
Actual color or finish may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, or photography. Product care requirements also vary, so customers should follow the instructions shown on the applicable product page.
We do not make blanket claims that every kitchen product is food-grade, FDA-approved, BPA-free, dishwasher-safe, or made from a specific material grade unless that information is specifically confirmed for the product.
4. Pricing and Payment
The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to the order at the time it is submitted, subject to correction of clear errors.
Payments are processed using the payment methods available at checkout. Additional payment information is provided in our Payment Policy.
We do not add undisclosed charges after checkout.
5. Shipping
Dropfilterstore currently ships within the United States only.
Standard shipping is free, with:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Transit time: 4–5 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 5–8 business days
- Order cut-off: 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT)
USPS, FedEx, or UPS may be used depending on the order and destination.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days when they are unused and in their original condition.
Eligible returns include:
- Free prepaid return label
- Free return shipping
- No restocking fee
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are available for eligible products by contacting Dropfilterstore. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

7. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.
